The engineering experience behind this
This is engineering done directly, not only supervised. David Martin, Founder and Principal, works in Python, data engineering, Snowflake, cloud and integration architecture, and modern web and data applications. Before founding the company he personally developed the Python migration tooling behind a multi-site pharmacy platform consolidation.
That engineering sits inside architecture and leadership responsibility rather than apart from it. It is also why AI-assisted delivery here stays under architecture, review, and accountability rather than replacing them.
